It's a BABY!

Tummy and face (kinda scary looking)

One little foot!

legs, knees and right arm

We had our ultrasound today. Again, it was amazing! Peanut has really grown... according to the measurements Peanut weighs 10.5 oz. It's increadible that it's so tiny now and we're already half way there. During the ultrasound we asked the tech if she could tell if it was a boy or girl (she already knew we didn't want to know). She said she was pretty certain. Later at our appointment (after the ultrasound) our doctor almost told us... she said typically the ultrasound techs won't write the sex on the sheet unless the parents want to know ~ oops! No, we didn't find out, but it was hard to sit there with her, knowing she knew! Peanut moved quite a bit and wouldn't cooperate so we could get a good profile shot, but this is what we were able to get!

Graduation

I had my grad school graduation this Saturday and everything went great! It was great to see all of my family and some friends that I hadn't seen in a long time. My "bump" is really starting to show now and it was cute because Jordan was saying how this is Peanut's first graduation, and he is right! We have our next ultrasound Thursday, so check back after that for pictures! :)

Peanut Moved!!

Last night when Jordan and I were eating dinner I felt a tickle or flutter and thought it might be the baby (Peanut is what we've been calling it) moving... after feeling it at least twice today I'm pretty sure! Yea! :)

Good News

Monday at my appointment they drew my blood for the quad screening test (I think that's what it was) and the Dr's office called yesterday and said everything is normal. It's funny because I know these tests can only give you an indication of things, but it just made us breathe a sigh of relief.

Announcement ~ Week 16

So we officially announced the pregnancy yesterday. I told my boss yesterday and had another Dr. appointment (where we got to hear the heartbeat, again), so I decided to tell everyone who didn't already know last night.
We had our first ultrasound at week 11 and it was amazing! To see the baby move and just see it period was incredible... before then it really hadn't seemed "real". We have another ultrasound in three weeks, and no, we aren't going to find out if it's a boy or girl... we want the surprise later!
